Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all footwear is placed inside its original shoe box and then protected by an outer mailing bag or box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
